  • Report Not Delivered: If you don’t receive your report within 30 minutes after successful payment.
  • Duplicate Charges: If your card was accidentally charged more than once.
  • Technical Errors: If a system issue prevents the generation or delivery of your report.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Reports that have been successfully delivered with accurate data.
  • Situations where user error occurred (e.g., incorrect VIN or REGO entered) unless you inform us immediately.
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
